This session will focus on personal accountability and will be customized based on actual outsourcing engagement results and the results from the Team 360o and Team Effectiveness Survey. Using the QBQ® model we will show the team how to replace blame, complaining and procrastination with personal accountability. QBQ® (The Question Beyond The Question) exercises will be customized for the team based on real-world experiences. This workshop will show team members and managers how the team is perceived and how the team is actually performing. Gaps will be closed by developing the Question Behind the Question.
Re-administer the Team Effectiveness Profile to measure progress toward becoming a high performing team. Results are presented to the Team Leader in a coaching session to help continue the team building process after the formal workshops are completed.
